So, we can't cut any expense without a corresponding rise in revenue somewhere?
Is this guy rational?? Seriously? Is he? What is a 'cut' anyway? To him, it is clearly a "Redistribution of the cost of services to some other service".

I want to throw up. I'm going back to spending every nickle I can find before they come suck it up. Knocking on my door to confiscate my guns??? HAHAHAHA. Nah. They won't do that. They're gonna knock on my door and confiscate my assets!!! Guns, furniture, cash, incandescent light bulbs that I'm hoarding, marketable pine trees, gas cans, you name it.
