Muzzleloader Trip Report

Went out to western Oklahoma the last week of October, I probably saw 600 deer but no bucks I wanted to shoot. I have 6 does in the freezer from depredation tags so I am good on meat.

I had a great time and it’s always great putting footprints in new ground. Hombre and I use to turkey hunt it the Black Kettle National Grasslands and I had always wanted to deer hunt it. It’s interesting that the elevation was 2200 feet and where I live is 700ish.
