That’s kinda how this group here is…we can practically finish sentences for we other. We’ve solved a lot of the worlds problems and probably cured the common cold in some of our discussions. A lot of good men and a few women have passed thru our lives here and for the most part left us better for their presence.

We had an early Christmas this year and looking at some of the pictures I came to the realization that my boys aren’t boys anymore. I guess that makes me an old man now

Good looking youngsters! I almost named my son Zane, after the author that first grabbed my brain as a kid, and turned me into an avid reader. But I didn’t. Instead I named him after something my Dad said when I killed my first deer. The shot I made was a monster of a shot and I bragged to my Dad I made a Daniel Boone shot. (he was standing right there) He said no, I was Israel and HE was Daniel. I was 14. 16 years later I named my son Daniel, thinking of that moment.
