Awoke to the house shaking like hell at 4:00am this morning. 4.2 quake just west of here. No damage except to my nerves.
That shit ain’t right!

I’ve lived here, with time out for military and three years in Tejas after, my whole life and only felt my first one in the mid-2000s. From deep injecting waste water from fracking. Since the state set up monitoring and regulation of how much and where the swarms of shakers have largely stopped. (so much for the claims made by industry they were natural) They’ve become less frequent now but stronger.
There’s no excuse for this other than greed.
Don’teffwith Mother Nature, if you know what’s goodfor you.
