For all of youse guys that are suffering under extreme heat, too much rain, not enough rain, tornados, or flat lander boredom, here's a picture for you.
Sunset on Lake Michigan, temps in the upper 70, water temps in the high 60's, calm seas.
Can't get much better than this.

Been a beautiful summer so far here on the Island. Temps in the mid to high 70's for the most part, usually with a nice north breeze. Cools down to the 50's over night. Pleasant. Only issue might be rain. We haven't had any since March. Not too unusual as our summers are pretty dry but it makes the forest fire situation worse. Who knew that global warming caused arson?

We've been swamped here. Two years in a row. But the garden gods are sending a dry spell which hopefully will dry us out.

I'm jealous of your northern weather jb. Going up to Minnesota in a week to enjoy some myself. 😊
