Summer...

... still hanging around. This global boiling really suits me. This has been one of the nicest summers since we moved here. Hot but not too hot. Dry and sunny. Beautiful. Still picking figs off my little fig tree which doesn't happen every year. Just mowed the lawn. Loving it. Maybe we'll get a nice, green winter this year with NO SNOW (maybe I just jinxed myself)!

We were in the 80’s for the past few days but there was rain most of today and the weekend highs are supposed to be in the mid 50’s.

In fact, my son had friends over last weekend and we were out on the boat and the kids even went tubing.

We are going to be visiting my daughter at her school this weekend for her birthday so we’ll be waiting until the following weekend to get the boat out.
