This guy shows up just about everyday, during mid morning and mid afternoon.
The 15th is when I get to meet him face to face.

37 degrees??? He may freeze to death before the 15th!! 88 here today, mid to high 80’s all week. Cold front coming in next week and it’s supposed to get down to 77-78’ish for 3 days.

Nice buck … will you be able to stay awake on your stand? ;)

I hate to admit it Jerry, but I totally agree with you. I did 99.9% of my deer hunting in Ohio. The weather you mentioned was exactly what I always hoped for. Bring that bad boy home with you !

Can't argue with you either Q/A. My days of getting up before dawn and hiking to my tree stand to sit in the cold are way behind me. Besides, if I knocked anything down these days, I wouldn't be able to drag it out of the woods.

I'll take sunny
Slight breeze
Thermostat isn't working right this second, as it's persactly 70-degrees outside. (A/C will kick in later today)
I don't drink coffee, but I'll do hot chocolate (or COLD chocolate milk)
Bacon frying is what I'd imagine heaven smells like.

Nice looking deer, Bubba! I’ll take 20’s and snow over the 43 and rain I’m sitting out in right now.

Nice one, hope he comes in while you are there.

We open on Saturday and are looking at lows around 30 with highs in the upper 40's for the weekend.

Beautiful Weather, terrible opening day.
55 degrees, cloudless sky, 20 mph winds. Saw 5 doe coming into the hunting property but "0" from my blind. Same with #3 son.
Sat for 4 hours but had to come out at noon for a Veterans Program at my granddaughters school.
Today stayed home, 30-40mph winds, temp right now is 60, those kind of winds are know to knock down trees were we hunt.
Tomorrow a front comes through, temps will drop into the 30, winds w/rains/snow mix, Saturday is our next outing. Calm winds and chance of snow. He's still out there, stay tuned.

I'm predicting we get a grip and grin picture of Jerry after Saturday's hunt.
