What exactly is a 'piss cutter' anyway? I used it this morning to describe my grandson, and meant it in a good way of course. I've heard that expression all my life and have no idea what the heck it means. I mean, I know how I mean it, it means somebody who's busy all the time figuring out how to get into stuff. But where the term comes from I have no idea.

The only "piss-cutter" I knew of was the old garrison cap in the military. That term was pretty much retired in my era and we called 'em "cunt caps". ;)

Well, here ya' go ... when all else fails ... think Google! This is from the "Slang Dictionary".

Piss-cutter; n. an extraordinary person; someone who can do the impossible. (Usually objectionable.) Sam is a real piss-cutter when it comes to running.
