That's goofy! What's the world coming to? Heck, as far as I was concerned ... while I was there, EVERY week was sex week! I sure wouldn't have expected state funding .. but it would'a been nice!

I can't blame the citizens for being a bit upset though.

If I were still there ... I think I'd propose beer week also! ;)
