Screw the myth, speaking of ME... I just ran 2 miles. Go me. I was still smoking till mid-December. The run felt good. I've been doing the run walk thing to make sure I didn't injure myself and my fine 51 year old knees. I actually hit a stride and felt pretty damn good after a few minutes without anything hurting.

I took Casey with me and she was huffing more than I was :)
