1) I give a family gun to my son or grandson. How do I comply with this (if it becomes law)?
2) I buy/sell a gun to YOU on the "TRADING POST" section of THIS website (ok, ok, but SOME similar websites have them, I bought the travel trailer, and sold tires there). How do I comply with this law in that case?
3) I buy a gun from a guy at deer camp. How do I comply?
4) I buy a gun from any advertised location (Gun Broker, Guns America, Local Paper)... How do I comply?
And more importantly, exactly and specifically, tell me HOW this will reduce mass murders?
