I just sold a razor to a dude in the UK. I'm filling out the customs form tonight so I can get it shipped tomorrow. Not a bad deal ... I bought the razor for $14.00 and sold it for $70. BUT ... by time this dude pays the shipping and all the fees, it will be a $125.00 razor! Sheesh, the Post Office in the UK charges him $13.00 just to let him know his package has arrived. His customs fees alone (import tax) are another $14.00 plus the standard shipping is another $15.00 ... then there's the PayPal currency conversion fee, etc. etc. etc. and he's got a pretty pricey little razor. Dang!
BUT ... I should get some extra $$$ just for filling out the customs form. They give you a little space to write in the shipping address. Now tell me how you'd fit all this in to just a few lines about 2" long? (asterisks added to protect the innocent) ;)
