I noticed the part in there about the fear that minority turn out would be low due to laws requiring showing a government ID to vote. I know this is an old topic here, but why is that a problem? Don't minorities drive? Don't the poor need to show some type of ID to get government assistence? Why is it a problem to get an ID so you can vote?
