MS does not have a lottery, just lots of casinos....anyway, since we got our lake house in Ark., several friends have asked me to pick up lottery tickets for them, while I'm over there on weekends.
Do the lottery states offer online purchases of lottery tickets, so my friends can just purchase them online???
It's sorta inconvenient and a pain in the azz because I have to drive all the way around the lake to the nearest store that sells lottery tickets.
