So I've always wanted the Gadsden Flag license plate that Virginia offers for a long time. Finally got one this time around when registering my truck. Since putting it on, I've had 3 people ask me if I was a Tea Party member.

Interestingly, I take offense at people thinking I would be. But I do share much of their values from a Constitutional perpsective. If the religuous folks hadn't taken over the Tea Party I may have very well gravitated to them to some degree.

Mostly, I don't like having things I appreciate hijacked by people I don't agree with.

Do with this what you will. Just a personal opinion.

Don't tread on me, fuckers.

Sort of like the word "Gay"?

And I figure anyone who doesn't agree with the "TEA Party" likes being taxed. :)

I've always thought that was a cool flag.

The Tea Party is a little too liberal for me... :D

I'm actually much more to the right..... A HARD right

It's been innersting so far. I had some dude try to spit on my truck this morning while driving 65mph. Perhaps he hadn't thought that all the way thru :)

When I was a kid and we were on long driving trips, I used to daydream about having missiles and machine guns mounted in our car. there's still times I have that same fantasy when I see some asshat like that on the road.

Not me Posthole.

ME? That fantasy is alive and well with me. And I want a mind-controlled, hood-mounted, bazooka.

You mean an asshat sporting a Gadsden Flag license plate on their truck? ;)

Has anyone seen a really big stool around here? I seem to have misplaced mine and need to let my friends use it. And by "big stool" I don't mean Jimmy!

Well doggonit, you indeed DO learn something every day if you keep your eyes open.

Here I always thought Gadsden was just a small town in Alabama. Never knew it was also the "Don't tread on me" flag.

Our ol' friend Gator lived in Gadsden County, Florida.
