My ole buddy sent this to me.....said he found it on the web, and tried it....Man, this looks good!!!
Beer-battered deep-fried bacon....cook the bacon, first, then beer-batter it, and deep-fry it.
Serve with horseradish sauce and LOTS of margaritas.
I WILL try this on my new deep fryer at the lake house, hopefully, this weekend.

Well, to stay on the healthy side, I'm gonna deep-fry it in peanut oil....that oughta reduce the saturated fat about a nanogram. ;)
