Ha ha! What a frigging mess that is! They're a couple of lower ranking drivers running the smaller series. Harmon has bounced around all over the place. I think he was Cobb's team manager at one point. He also hooked up with another ex-employee of Cobb's to help in the theft. I think there was even some sort of nasty lawsuit going on between them. Heck, years ago, Cobb took over the driving duties from Harmon ... I can't even remember what team it was. He's a loser wannabe.
