Sold one of the two lots that I have at my old fishing camp on Lake Whittington....a buddy made me an offer that I just couldn't refuse....he's got kids, so I hope he'll enjoy it, as much as we did through the years....he came by last night, and dropped off the check, and I've been in sort of a seller's remorse, ever since.
However, I think I'm just gonna go ahead, and put the other lot up for sale, too, and be done with it....since we bought the lakehouse on Chicot, I just don't have the fishing desire for the old lake that I had before the big flood of 2011....and, the possibility of a future flood still lingers in the back of my mind....hope I NEVER have to go through another flood ordeal like that!!!
