Nice pic, Niner....we call 'em snake doctors and/or skeeter hawks down here....they eat their weight in skeeters each day.

Snake doctors is what I grew up hearing them called too. And if one lands on your bobber, its good luck and a certainty that you're gonna get a bite.

As a kid, we'd tie a long piece of thread around 'em, and watch 'em fly around like the old model airplanes with strings attached to 'em. ;)
