That spar chock chicken is good stuff. How'd it turn out? I've got a butt going this afternoon. But, I had to do some chores for my Mom and got it on late. It won't be ready in time to eat today.

MAN OH MAN!! I think we've discovered a new favorite food on the Egg.
I spatchcocked (butterflied) the little yard bird per some instructions in one of my BBQ books.
Slathered it with a rub a friend of mine gave me ( http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penzeys/p-penzeysbicentennial.html )

MAN, did it ever turn out great. Gonna have to order me some of that rub now. It is just PERFECT for chicken.

Didn't think to take any pics until there was nuttin' but a pile of bones left. :)
