Got's a pic somewhere around here of me eating a big ol' bowl of borscht at a roadside restaurant someplace in Siberia. I'm not much of a beet eater normally, but that stuff was pretty dang good!

I've never had borscht, but I do love beets. They do kinda taste like #2 loam though. Some good old roasted golden beets are as good with a big ribeye as any tater ever dug.

I've got a killer sweet potato and turnip soup too. Youse dufes need to expand your palate and embrace the root vegetables
