Even though Rand Paul "supposedly" said publicly that "only over my dead body" would Ovomit bail out Detroit, I'll bet you a dollar to a crispy crème donut that's exactly what Ovomit is planning to do.
I wouldn't mind it so much, if he would cut the $12.6 billion to Somalia or the $16.8 billion to Egypt, and give it to Detroit....'course, they'll be bankrupt again in two years.
