Hey you AR owners........QUESTION for ya.

Any of youse guys (that's Yankese for "y'all") have any experience with the DPMS line of AR-15s?

We got us a brand new Academy Sports here in town, and I was in there yesterday checking the place out.
They have quite a few AR15 and AR10 rifles in there.....with varying pricing.

They had two DPMS units for less than $750. I doubt I could build one for that much. Question is, are they "junk" or decent?

SEAL team 6 wouldn't carry one but for the average person, it would be just fine. I have owned a couple of them and had no problems.

Loose fit between forearm and he action. At that price it probably has a lousy trigger. I'd be surprised if it was overly accurate.
