Those ribs after 4 1/2 hours on the smoker....and that Head Country seasoning...
were GREAT.

WOW

ZING BANG BOOM!

I don't know if any of you have done or do this...but the last few racks of ribs I've made, have turned out great.

2 1/2 hours on the smoker, as you'd expect, just laying there, dripping, cooking and oozing.

THEN I pull it off and wrap it tight in foil.

Another 2 hours.

JUICY.

Jealous. My ribeyes on the BGE turned out so good my 10 year old said he wanted the recipe for when he grew up and opened a steak house.

That's sounds like Something that would be said at our house. Haha!
