Interesting read and seems to underline the point that you can only save money so much money on healthcare by squeezing the providers.

My take is:

"You can change the Free World to suit you and try to save money, but the Free World will rebel and do it their way and screw up your best thought up plans, every chance they get.......you can force prices down, but you can't force providers to provide....or even to exist"
