Cappy is one fine fixer upper dude. I can't put my hands together to make applause correctly, and he can make/fix all kinds of stuff.
Took the cooker to him (something crazy about bringing an old fish cooker 850 miles and saying "here, fix this", but hey....) last night and thought I'd drop it off, but he said "let's see what we have"........and three hours and 9 inches of rain later, he fixed the dang thing.
Took it apart, oiled, blew it out, cleaned, drilled, redid it all 5 times, got dirty, greasy, tired, at the end of the day that he no doubt was already too tired....and voila!!! It works.
I got to see Evan again, which pleased me a LOT (more than it did him, I'm sure)..........and I enjoyed that even if for a minute. And Cheryl, she's a cutey. Must be blind, but seemed to get around the house ok. Maybe from memory. I dunno.
Anyway, it's fixed:

That wasn't enough, he called some guy, and bam, he's gonna sand blast it........and then it can be painted.
With this and my little "bunsen burner" cooker, I'm gonna be the envy of the campsite(s)!!!
