I don't know, but I hope that the little bastards get what they deserve. Given their ages, I expect one to take the fall and get the needle and the other two will be in some form of juvie for the forseeable future. That's usually how these go down.

Apologies in advance for the cheap shot, but I wonder if our POTUS will make an announcement that "This could have been me."?

(And, I think i read that, if charged as adults, under state law the max they can get is Life.)

Yep, a VERY sad story. I really don't know how one becomes an adult with so little value for human life... or how one nation seems to be able to manufacture so many of them. It is so sad to see a promising young man's life extinguished by such low grade human trash. I wish that I believed in hell so these three could get the punishment they deserve.

Not sure where that info came from CD, but if they're tried as adults Oklahoma has a very clear and distinct death penalty. And we're one of the states that ain't afraid to use it.

Not sure. The article I read (might have been on fox.com) said that under 18 they could be tried as adults, but not sentenced to death. Trust me, I don't think we use the death penalty enough in this country. The last stats I remember seeing had Virginia #2 right behind Tejas.

If the three teenagers arrested are charged with first-degree murder and convicted, they face a maximum sentence of life in prison. The teens, ages 15, 16 and 17, can be tried as adults, but they can't face the death penalty since they are under the age of 18, a spokesperson for District Attorney Jason Hicks told the Sydney Morning Herald.

And so, they'll work out and watch cable TV the rest of their lives. At our expense. You don't know how much that pisses me off. And to have killed this young man out of boredom is just beyond the pale. Those little bastards need to have their throats cut.

And Jesse and Al will take no notice.

If things are right in this world, I'm missing it lately. I can't find much on the global scene worth digesting. Me and my little world is fine. But generally, the entire planet is fubar.

And now it's an elementary school in Decatur, GA.

Good Grief!

They're good boys ... they just got mixed up with the wrong crowd.
