Lake of the Ozarks

Headed there in two weeks, actually to a little place just outside of there called Linn Creek, for the Missouri Fall Handicap Trap Shoot. It's about a 750 mile trip one way so wife and I are spending a few days after the shoot to do a little site-seeing.
What's a must see in that area? What's a must eat in that area?
Anybody live close by?
