Year of the Spiders.....

[Big Muddy]

I have never seen so many spiders and webs, as I've seen this year....not only are they in tremendous abundance, but they are unusually big and fat....sorta creepy, walking out on the back patio deck, in the dark to take a bedtime whiz, and get wrapped up in a huge spider web.

Lots of the locals have been noticing it, too.

Don't know the significance of this phenomenon....some say it's a sign of a long, very cold winter....if that's the case, we're in for a bad one.

Any of you guys notice this in your neck of the woods???

Yep we are LOADED with those big orange/reddish wood spiders this year. Makes for walkin to the bow stand really fun!
