We had been at $3.19 and it was at $3.05 in the central Indiana area, but for some reason, it went up to $3.45 on Monday.

I filled up yesterday at $3.04 ... not sure what it is today. I never thought I'd see the day I'd get excited about $3/gal. gas. :(

......Hoping to lock in at 3% for the loan offer.

Our truck will be paid off, this month.
Land payment is less then truck payment.
No increase in payments for us.
Hope the seller takes our bid.
