How commendable of this young man! Bravo Zulu to him for sure.

However, I can SEE the problem the park service has with him. He's carrying a "weapon of mass destruction" on that cart. Just THINK of the mayhem he could cause if he launched into a gaggle of federal employees with that chain saw.
