I made it through my shoulder issue with ibueprofen 800mg around the clock and a few beers when necessary. If your doc doesnt have you on ibueprofen then do it yourself. Works better than narcotics.

Ah man! My best friend down in NC had his sinuses operated on to get the whole sleep apnea/snoring thing taken care of. He assured me it was one of the most painful things he had ever experienced.

MAN! Well I remember you telling that the doc told you that you'd want to kill him for a few days after the surgery.
Sorry its hurting so bad!!!!
However, hopefully they prescribed some good pain killers for you. TAKE THEM!!! It's like my pain management doc at MDA told me "You don't get any awards or gold stars for hurting. Take these meds if you need them.".
