Looking for a new base

Wondering if anyone here has insight on a front scope base for a Sako L579 action?

I am in need of a base that will allow me to move the scope rearward so my wife can get a full sight picture with her rifle. Stopped at Scheels at noon and the only option they had was a cheap plastic Weaver extension ring.

Though I may eventually have to switch rings and mounts altogether to find something that works, I like the Warne rings that are on it now so would prefer to just find a base that is a touch longer.

Any thoughts?

I had similar problem. Warne 905 extended bases fixed it.
