We're about to get some winter weather. Likely 3-6" of snow. Arkansas looks like they'll get the worse of it with ice predicted for most of that state. Having been through it, I hope it doesn't do what they predict it's gonna over there in Hog land.

The people here act like its friggin Armageddon. Stocking up on winter clothes and boots and shovels and all sorts of stuff, you'd think they've never lived through an Oklahoma winter before, which typically ain't much punk. I don't know whether to blame the dumbass weathermen for their hype of the thing, or the dumbassery of the populace but one way or the other, there's dumbass involved.

Got up this morning to -20 degrees with snow everydangwhere. Tomorrow the high is supposed to be -5. Think I'll go coyote hunting. :D

It's here as usual, already have a month and a half gone, 3 1/2 months to go.
Don't think after 69 years I could live anywhere that does not have 4 distinct seasons.
They all have their plus and minus, but you never get bored.

We're actually getting snow this morning! Coming down pretty good at this moment. With any luck it'll be all gone in a day or two but there is supposed to be a cold front so it might hang around for a few days. I HATE snow. It's one of the reasons I moved from Alberta to the Wet Coast. I don't have to shovel rain.
