Man, I'd love to have that 9N Ford tractor....that was my second tractor to learn how to drive....first one was a Ford Jubilee....both were VERY used, when my grandpa bought 'em, but they sho 'nuf beat those two day'um fartin' mules, with me behind 'em on the plow line!!! ;)

That Ford 851 Powermaster was a frigging brute, back then....36 horsepower was a giant of an engine, in it's day....5 speed tranny, too....however, I thought the pto didn't come avail. until the 861 model....coulda been added, during restoration, though....I think Ford only made about 600 of them.

Edward I learned on a 8-N and we later got the Jubilee model. I thought the way that hood opened on that Jubilee was the cats ass. You could actually put gas in the thing without spilling it everywhere!
Get Kribbs to buy that 9N for you and I'll restore it like I did this 8N
I have no clue what to do with the 8N I got so if you are in need of a good show tractor let me know. It needs NOTHING.
