I have a couple of really neat looking estate sales coming up Fri-Sat. Lots's of fishing equipment (including boats, motors, etc) as well as quite a few guns. One gun intrigues me. Personally, I've just never been into "old" guns, but I'm just wondering if youse dufes know what this one is (or it's worth).

I'd say that's a match there Niner! (I quit collecting Blue Books 10 years ago, so I have nothing current.)

At any rate, I'm sure they have some idea of what they have there, so I'm sure it'll be out of my price range even though I have a VERY good relationship with the guy running the sale. There are a lot of run of the mill guns also.

Looks like that pump action shotgun might be a .410!
Wonder what kind it is?

Too many knobs and levers for this old boy to know how to work. I'd mash the wrong button and end up with something you could resole your boots with.

What are all those switches and sockets for?

I saw that too Niner and was wondering the same.

Have never been a .410 fan but since my daughter has not taken two turkeys with one, even though her dad told her it probably couldn't be done, she things they are the cat's meow. Figured if i could find one for little or nothing I might buy her one but not looking very hard.

From what I understand, the pump 410's command a higher price than the other gauges for a given model, due to not as many being made (not as "popular").
