A while back I mentioned an issue I am having with getting a replacement drill for one I purchased but turned out to be faulty. The problem still exists.

It all started back on Dec 26, 2013 which is when I first called the company and was promised a replacement. Took 90 days, a number of phone calls, and even more emails before a "replacement" showed up at my door. The problem was that the replacement for my 18 volt $169 1/2" drill was a 12 volt $99 3/8" impact driver.

A couple of more emails with no response so I called the company on March 6th and was assured a new drill would be on my doorstep in 5-7 days. NOTHING!

Several more emails have been sent but none replied to. Where do I go from here?

Would like to contact a higher-up but not sure how to go about it. Any thoughts?

Try this. Go to their website and look for the link to investor opportunities.
....or somesuch. See if you can find the name of the President, or CEO. Send them a certified letter stating how his people are jerking you around.

Well.....that's ONE idea anyway.

Dang, Bwana, after reading your post title, I thought you had gone "ac/dc" on us. ;)

First, I'd call the company, one more time, and inform them that you're contacting the BBB and your attorney, if they don't come thru with the proper replacement.
Next, if they still haven't followed thru, then send them a certified letter, with a "cc:" to both your attorney and congressman.

Please tell us the name of the company, so we can all beware.

Hmmmm....The info I'm looking for is evidently pretty well hidden.....especially at this hour of the day (LOL).

I did find some scraps though....

I'm almost 10000% sure you have picked up the phone and called this number...

DO NOT take no for an answer. Ask for a supervisor, ask for their supervisor.......ask for the CEO.

I found this bitch-about-it website....kindof interesting....

AND....a pretty darned interesting article on how ROCKWELL TOOL came about......if anyone cares to read it....

Did ANY of the paperwork that came with that stuff have a mailing address on it?????
I can't seem to find it online.
