My grandson's birthday, and 49th anniversary of..........

........a tornado that I was 1/2 of a block away from. I had my mother, my grandmother, and my 99 y/o great grandmother, and my 5 year old little brother and his new pet duck, all huddled in the corner of an old house..............which was torn down a few years ago.......... I was 17 and had just returned from a Latin Club statewide convention in Little Rock.
