My older boy is getting confirmed this Sunday and we're having a bunch of family over to the house afterwards. He said he wanted stuffed bacon wrapped jalepenos and a (bacon explosion) fattie. When I asked him why, he said pork is proof that Jesus loves us. I guess he's been paying attention in those classes after all. To keep with the theme, I figured I'd add in pulled pork and ribs. I'll be smoking the pork butt on Saturday and the ribs, fattie and stuffed jalepenos on Sunday morning. Y'all come.
