Here's your chance to be risk taking and rich!

Here's a pic of about 85% of the stuff I'm about to sell online, starting about Aug 10............. I need to go through it, categorize it, and price a few things I haven't priced yet. But I can tell you that this pile of unmitigated horsecrap is about to go for sale for well over $2,000.00.

Yeah, there's stuff you can't see. A pile of fishing reels. A box of $250 camper mirrors for a chevy truck. Lots of stuff.

Here's your chance. One firm bid of $1,750 cash, and you can come get it all...........and make a tidy profit.

What's missing is 2 humongous ice chests (150 qt and 120 qt)........two pair of binoculars.......

I also have 3 guns that are NOT included in this........that I'll be selling later.

You have one week......going going going......

How much for the improperly pruned crepe myrtles out there?

Buckrub

Don't have any. The ones identified as such by another member here are actually dogwoods. I have zero crepe myrtles.

Jim, no. On Aug 11th, this goes on sale online for full price, ABOVE this price. Your reading comprehension is not good.

I didn't even bother to try comprehending anyway ... I just wanted to mess with ya'. ;)

But why on-line? And what do you mean by on-line anyway? You mean Craig's List? Or are you using some sort of site set up for this kind of stuff? Is it just listed locally? You gonna ship that stuff? Not sure I understand what you're doing persactly.

And what are those thingies over on the right side, under the grill? Are those big ol' cast iron dutch ovens? Or plastic containers of some sort?

Buckrub

Yes, they are the ones I'm giving Larke. Above them are my fish cookers, they are not included.

I'm selling it on the For Sale Forum at arkansashunting.net. It's almost all Arkansas folks, so no shipping usually. It's folks that you can 'lay your hands on'. It's a very robust Forum. I've bought and traded a lot of stuff there, and every person I've dealt with has been top notch. It's where I got the popup camper, my mother's car, and a freezer for the farm. It's a robust site with lots of new stuff added daily. Plus, they are mostly outdoors type folks who might want this kind of stuff.

I just have to find a way to get this many items listed online........categorized, and a price listed. It's not an auction...a price MUST be listed, and a location.

That's where I'm starting, anyway.

Got'cha. Good luck with it. Sounds like a lot of work.

It is killing me.

But I could not even get around inside my shop/garage. It's still quite 'busy'.........but one area of stuff will leave if I EVER finish the tinboat project, and another pile goes back to the farm.

Everytime someone has died in the last 20 years, I accumulate more b/s. NONE of this is going back into my garage. It's going to be sold (to finance my 16' trailer that I need) or it's going to be given away, burned, sold, trashed, something. I'm done. It's all "good"............the garbage man today hauled off two monster trash cans worth of stuff I chunked.

Heck, I even swept the floor, and vacuumed out the boat!

Bucky, unless you gonna let me pay you for the Dutch ovens go ahead and sell them. I can't take em unless you let me pay ya'.

The tree identified as a crape myrtle is the one in this picture at the corner of the house. Perhaps I'm wrong on it being a crepe myrtle as the picture is not that clear. But one thing for SURE is it ain't no dogwood. Dogwoods will not grow in clumps or multi trunk... Two maybe but not like that tree/bush....

No, that's not the one I thought you mentioned.

No, that's not a crepe myrtle either. It's some 'bush' my MIL bought us. I'd chop it down if I could. Wife won't have it.

And I told you before, you have ALREADY paid for the cast iron. I even found a few more pieces for you.

Yep that is 100% with out any doubt the tree/bush I referred too as a Crape Myrtle when they was pouring your driveway during that post. I remember it very well....

And if you don't know what kind it is then how do you know it ain't a Crape Myrtle? :D

'Cause he SAID it ain't a crepe myrtle ... it's "some bush"! ;)

(sure looks like a crepe myrtle to me ... but the pic is kinda sucky ... actually, it looks like a crepe myrtle that's never been pruned!) ;)

Buckster ... does that "bush" look anything like this? (Before and after pruning)

Wife says bush is a photinia or some such. Her mother gave it to her.

OK, I finally took her out there and showed her. She was confused which one I meant.

Regardless, she says this is NOT a crepe myrtle! She also said that if it was, there is a "divided camp" on whether it's good or not to cut crepe myrtles back. She said some like to, and some don't. She also said that when I DID cut this thing back (to get in and out of the driveway) that she threw a fit. So whatever it is, it ain't gettin' cut back ever again.

The End.

You and them (they?) are correct. That is NOT a crepe myrtle! Sure looked like one in the pic. A thousand apologies!

We have crepe mytrlesthat I must confess we don't cut back. We've pruned the suckers out of them and now they are all about 30 feet tall with big thick trunks. I like 'em tall. They give us some good shadein the back which faces west.

Niner, Bucky is at the campsite and has no service to post... He text me and wanted me to post for him that it was a rod case and it now belongs to you.
He will work out details with you when he returns.
