The term used to be 'illegal immigrant' but they dropped the illegal part cause it sounds too mean, I guess. When you think about it, people and animals have been migrating from 'bad' areas to 'good' areas forever. Won't stop until it's better where you are than where you plan to go. Improve life conditions in Country A and people won't have the need to migrate to Country B. Until that happens (never) you will see more and more immigrants at your doorstep. No other solution I can see.
