Sorry for slacking on the accounting thing. To back up the Secret Committee's promise of transparency, I promised to post an updated ledger a couple months ago. I got tied up in everyday life ... days turned to weeks ... weeks turned to months ... and eventually, I just plain forgot! Anyway, we had a slight emergency a few months ago when our site hosting renewal sneaked up on us and we realized we didn't have enough cash in the kitty to cover our upcoming expenses. After a quick post here explaining where we stood, youse dufes immediately answered the call and re-filled the cash drawer! We're looking better fiscally now than the frigging United States government ... so a big thank you is extended to all of you. Remember, cash contributions isn't the only thing that keeps this site up and running ... we can throw all the money in the world at this place and it'll still go down the tubes without all of you contributing by POSTING. (will SOMEBODY please tell Booger that?) ;)
Anyway, enough of the accolades ... I don't want you bozos to get a fat head. Here's our latest accounting .. we're looking good and should be able to cover any emergencies that may crop up in the future. Thanks to ALL of you for keeping this site alive!
Note: Members #11 - #15 are first time contributors so watch your PM notifications as I will let you know what your member number is. It may seem a bit silly, but we decided a long time ago we had no desire to possibly embarrass anyone here and to keep the names of the contributors confidential. Assigning numbers to each contributor is simply to keep ME honest ... ie; if you contributed and it's not documented here ... I'm a thief! ;) If any of you original contributors forgot your member number, please PM me and I'll let you know. (don't post the question on the site as that kind of kills the anonymity of the whole process)
