Edward, that's typical Asian style ... finger food. Just thinly cut beef ribs ... an appetizer (Dim Sum) or a side dish with rice. LOTS of flavor and a great appetizer.

The Peking Duck came next, along with diced duck meat and lettuce wrap!

Then one of my favorites, cold honey dew melon, coconut milk and tapioca soup followed by a "Chinese" birthday cake. :D (That's our friend with all the Subway stores)
