Buy some goats....they'll clean up your yard....years ago, I bought an abandoned 18 acre auto junk yard....it was a terrible community eyesore, with weeds and saplings nearly 8 feet high....however, it had about 1/4 mile of highway frontage, which was going to be four-laned, and was a nice potential investment property....it had a good fence around it, so I bought 10 pregnant nanny goats, and put 'em in there....only took them and their newborn kids about three months, and they had that place, as clean and slick as could be....by then, they had multiplied to 26 goats, and I sold them to local folks to be barbequed....I sold the remaining junk vehicles to a metal salvage dealer, then smoothed up all the dirt surface with a dozer....I put the property up for sale, and doubled my money in less than 6 months.
Dang, this sounds like a Thump Ebay story. ;)
