2/3 of you don't like politics and won't discuss it.

1/2 of you don't like sports.

1/2 of you don't like Nascar.

1/2 of you don't like cooking.

1/2 of you have quit hunting.

Some of you don't even fish.

and it ain't the same 1/2 or 2/3 in any of the above cases.

Not sure what to discuss around this "campfire" anymore.

Posty, I'm a calves to shoulders guy. She doesn't even need feet or a head. Can't say that I have ever noticed a girls ankles.

I had a VERY close buddy in L.A. (Don Pacheco) who was of Mexican decent, who had a "thing" for ankles. I never really understood it, but he'd see a gal and totally flip out over her. I'd say something along the lines of how "plain" she looks and I can't really see where all his excitement was coming from, then I'd always get something along the lines of, "But did you see the ANKLES on that girl??!!"

And he was serious ... it's the FIRST thing that would catch his eye. I always thought it was kinda "kinky" ... sort'a like a foot fetish or sumpin'.

Well, we're all people here who have like interests ... yet varying interests. We're not made from cookie cutters. I've tried hanging out at sites that don't stray from the subject and I get bored rapidly ... and leave.

Isn't it a bit odd this place is called Good Hunting ... yet we have no Hunting Forum?

I was told we have a Fishing Forum, so I went off to search for it ... there are 86 threads over there ... 4150 here at Campfire.

That's what this site is all about. If you go to our Homepage, it states:

We talk about hunting, fishing, shooting, family, friends, problems, and whatever else might come up...just like sitting around a good old camp fire.

Personally, I'm grateful for this site and as far as I'm concerned ... the Fishing Forum could be scratched and all fishing posts can be done here ... just like our hunting posts ... or our ankles vs. boobs posts ... or our Ford/Chevy (or top choice, Toyota posts), etc, etc, etc. :D

I never said I was planning a proposal to be submitted to the "Secret Committee" ... it was simply my personal opinion. I have no problem with the fishing related posts ... heck I fish too ... I'm just too frigging lazy to click back and forth between forums to see what may have been posted since I last checked.
