Deal of the century.

Low low taxes (less than 600$ a year!)

Nice! I assume nobody proof-read that description though!

Hope it sells! Good luck.

Yeah. I emailed the realtor. Several errors.

THAT is a pre-fab house?!?!?!?? VERY nicely done.

Hey! Nice deerstand in pic #6. Looks almost like one of Cap'n's units.

Nice crib! I can't believe how much house and land you can get for the price down there. I can't retire soon enough. How much does it go up for lake front?

CD, that same house ON the lake (700 feet from my front door) would be another 150k.
But you'd get a boathouse, etc.

Niner, yes. It's a modular. Not a manufactured. Most people don't know the difference.
Built inside and brought to site in 8-10 pieces, and placed on the foundation.

It's a traditional stick built in every sense Actually probably built better than a lot of stick builts.

The garage and the two room over it were built on after the modular was set.
Which is why it has a sorta weird "flow" upstairs.

The realtor made me take down 4 deer heads, 2 squirrel, a coon, and countless Deer racks. My office was LOADED DOWN. With shit. He said "man you gotta stage this room. Looks like bass pro in here.
