I've watched two college football games today and the officiating was pit-ee-ful in both of them. What's the deal?

I could almost say the same thing about the Dogs-Hogs game....refs were calling everything, including nose-picking and smelly farts....but, in all fairness, they called 'em on both teams, equally....and, as poorly as State executed, we deserved every single penalty.
