That was pretty cool. And after that came the AK-47! Odd, growing up, I was always told if you stuck the barrel of your gun in water and fired it, the barrel would bulge, split or "explode". Not sure I'd want to try it with a shotgun.

One of my cousins stuck his shotgun barrel in the river and pulled the trigger once and it split right out the side. Lucky he didn't blow his damn fool head off. We were about 12. This was the same cousin that came up with the idea to pull both triggers on grandpa's old 10 ga side by side. It was my idea to hold it up against the tree because it kicked so hard. Got both our butts wore out real good for splitting that stock on that old shotgun. Had Damascus twist barrels on it too. Lucky we didn't blow our damn fool heads off.
