My baby just finished his next to the last semester with his 4.0 intact. He also is going to qualify for the Distinguished Fellowship in the masters program at the University of Arkansas. He's got one more semester to go but he says it will be a piece of cake now that he's got nuclear physics out of the way. His plans are a degree as a chemical engineer.

he's made his old daddy proud.

Clearly Mom has affected things far beyond our ability to understand..............

Congrats, though. Way to go, not screwing it up all these years!! :)

A nuclear taser with mutating power, hmmmm. I like that. Plus you wouldn't have to recharge it as often, more bang for your buck

Holy Mackerel, that is quite the accomplishment. Not very many folks can make that claim no matter what university they have been to. :snorting :snorting :snorting

I know you are one proud pappa!!! :hello :party :thumbsup

Sounds to me like he is in the top 1% of the top 1%, and can pick and choose where he wants to go from here. Just be sure that he knows that when he goes to look for a carrier path, that as long as he's having fun at what he's doing....it's never like "work".....and I am sure you know what I mean.

Time for some celebrating!!!!

That is quite the achievement. Congratulations to your son on all of his hard work, and to you for raising him.

Many thanks gents, his mom had a lot more to do with my boys success than I did, too many long hours and shift work almost robbed me of their childhood. She did a dandy job with them, wish I had been there for more of it
