I am unable to comprehend what some people have concocted as the "truth" in their heads in regard to LEOs now. I think the media and lack of journalistic integrity is the main catalyst but there's more than that at work here. It's a sad, sad reflection on our society.

This may be a stupid question .... but does anybody, who did not grow up in the 60's, still refer to cops as "pigs"? My suggestion would be to glance around the immediate neighborhood for some dufe in his 60's who has had a chronic problem with law enforcement. ;)

It's still pretty common, but now it seems that "murderer" or "racist" is more common.

Same here, Jim. I have to say I've never been treated with anything but respect by the LEO's I've come into contact with. (Even when I was young, dumb and up to no good.)
